International School Grounds Alliance

The International School Grounds Alliance (ISGA) hosts a series of conferences in different countries around the world, approximately every two years.  We are also planning to co-sponsor regional conferences more frequently, in collaboration with our members.  Links to information about these events will be posted on this webpage as they are developed.

Fall 2011
Engaging Our Grounds: International Green Schoolyard Conference in San Francisco and Berkeley, California, USA, hosted by Bay Tree Design, inc., New Village Press, and the San Francisco Green Schoolyard Alliance.

Summer 2010
The World Outside the Classroom: International School Grounds Conference hosted by Learning through Landscapes in the United Kingdom. (This event preceded the formation of the ISGA, but was part of the preliminary planning process to form our new organization.)
